After extended hiatus, assorted intermissions and a few long walks in the beach, I'm re-entering the online music world again.  And by that I mean: I'm starting a blog.  I've been a digital recluse for so long this feels extra weird, but fuck it what's the worst that could happen?  I plan to post recordings, gig updates, guitar firmware hacks, and heaven only knows what else.

To start off I am offering the world two recordings done with the help of David Young Productions. These tunes are near to my heart.  The first is a love song about being open to possibilities and optimism for no good reason at all. The second one is especially raw as I lost my father -- a very special man -- earlier this year. I shared this song with him while he was alive so we got to enjoy it together. May we all have the chance to share music with loved ones.
